<p dir="ltr"><span>We encourage TTD jobs to be run in batches as opposed to full seasons at a time. This is because the crawling process is extensive and can often run into blocks from third-party sites, especially when long processes are being run.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr"><span>We typically recommend keeping TTD jobs under 30-day date ranges maximum. If at all possible, attempt to run TTD jobs for individual game dates.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr"><span>The TTD is a job-based service that logs into and searches client accounts then prints and attaches all tickets found within a given time frame.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr"><span>TTD jobs follow a two step process:</span></p>
<ol>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Downloading/printing</strong><span> tickets. These jobs will have a status of In Progress. </span></p>
</li>
<li dir="ltr">
<p dir="ltr"><span><strong>Attaching</strong> </span><span>tickets in POS if/when they are found in the first phase. These jobs begin in a status of Waiting for Next Service until they either Complete or Error out.</span></p>
</li>
</ol>
<p dir="ltr"><span>The Team Ticket Downloader displays a list of both active and past print jobs. From this view you can see information including how many tickets were found, printed, and attached as well as any errors the job experienced while running.</span></p>
