If you have Hard Stock Orders that you need to ship to buyers you can download Airbills from the Undelivered Orders page.

1. Click the Hamburger Menu for a given Order and select Generate Airbill.

   1. This operation is only intended for Paper Stock Type Orders.

This action will trigger an email containing the Airbill. If the Airbill is unavailable at the time of your action, an automated email will be sent to the Ticket Attendant support team instructing them to request the Airbill from the exchange. 

In the event that the Generate Airbill action is unavailable, you can use the Request Airbill from Support action.

• This operation creates a FreshDesk ticket to the Operations team to request the Airbill from the exchange

Some Orders are delivered via URL as provided by the exchange. You can easily upload URLs as Proof of Transfer for these Mobile Transfer Orders using the Deliver by URL option.

1. Click the Hamburger Menufor a given Order and select Deliver by URL.

2. Paste the URL in the text box in the pop-up.

3. If you need to add multiple URLs, use the Add URLbutton. You may only upload as many URLs as there are seats in the order.

4. Once pasted, click Submit. 

This will upload the Proof of Transfer and mark the order as delivered so it no longer appears to be undelivered.

1. Click the Hamburger Menu for a given Order and select Upload Proof of Transfer.

2. Click the Upload Files by Pasting, Dragging and Dropping, or Clicking to Select section in the pop-up and select the correct document to upload.

3. Click Update once uploaded. 

This will upload the Proof of Transfer and mark the Order as delivered so it no longer appears to be undelivered.
